What does “Not verified” mean in the tables?
We could not confirm the feature on the product's own website, pricing page or documentation. It may still exist. “Not offered” is used only when an official source says the feature is missing.
Do all of these tools send a DM when someone comments?
No. Comment-to-DM is common among the Instagram-first tools, but many inbox, helpdesk and social media tools only let you reply to comments by hand or moderate them. Each card and table shows which is which.
Does GetChat cover WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger?
