Pricing questions
One person going through one of your automations. Everything that automation sends them within 24 hours of its first message counts as a single conversation, however many messages that is. A message Instagram refuses to deliver is not counted.
No. Every plan, including Free, lets you keep as many automations switched on as you like. Plans differ in automated conversations a month and in how many Instagram accounts you can connect.
No new automated conversation starts until your next monthly allowance, and the app tells you. Conversations already under way continue, nothing is deleted, and unused conversations do not carry over.
Pro and Growth go on sale soon. Until then every new account is on Free, with no card and no time limit. When they open, you pick the plan in the app under Plan.
Prices are shown in US dollars everywhere. When Pro and Growth go on sale, a billing country of Uzbekistan pays a fixed price in Uzbek soum (UZS) through Click or Payme, shown before payment; elsewhere payment is in US dollars.
