SleekFlow is an omnichannel platform. Instagram is one of more than a dozen channels, and its plans are sized by monthly active contacts and user seats.

Automation sits in its Flow Builder, which the pricing page lists from Pro; the Essential plan is an inbox with basic workflows and no AI agents. GetChat includes comment-to-DM and DM keyword triggers on every plan, including Free.

You need a team inbox with AI agents, broadcasts, calling, SMS and email in the same place as Instagram. GetChat has none of these.

Pricing explained

According to SleekFlow's pricing page (checked October 2026), yearly billing shows Essential at US$49/month (US$588/year), Pro at US$109/month (US$1,308/year) and Premium at US$279/month (US$3,348/year); the page also has a monthly toggle with higher prices. Enterprise is a custom quote. Pro starts with 500 monthly active contacts and Premium with 1,000. WhatsApp adds US$15/month per number plus conversation rates. Pro has a 7-day trial without a card.

GetChat is priced by automated conversations a month rather than contacts or seats: Free is $0 for 300, Pro $12 a month ($120 a year) for 5,000 and Growth $29 a month ($288 a year) for 25,000.

Switching from SleekFlow to GetChat

• Rebuild SleekFlow flows that start from Instagram comments or DMs as GetChat automations; flows on other channels stay where they are.
• Reconnect Instagram through Meta login in GetChat. If the same account stays connected to SleekFlow, turn off its Instagram flows so customers do not get two replies.
• Telegram, WhatsApp and the other channels stay in SleekFlow; GetChat connects only Instagram.
• Export the contacts you need. AI agent knowledge has no equivalent in GetChat, which sends only the messages you write.
