Pricing explained

According to Superchat's pricing page (checked October 2026), the monthly view shows Free at €0, Basic at €89, Professional at €149 and Advanced at €299 per month, net of VAT, with a minimum contract term of 12 months. Custom is on request and billed annually. Add-ons include extra logins (€19/month), WhatsApp numbers (€49/month), AI agents (€49/month) and AI Copilot (€29/month). The page also has an annual toggle, whose prices we did not record.

GetChat has no logins or seats to buy. Its plans are sized by automated conversations a month: Free 300, Pro 5,000 ($12 a month or $120 a year) and Growth 25,000 ($29 a month or $288 a year), with 1, 2 or 5 Instagram accounts and unlimited active automations.

Switching from Superchat to GetChat

• Rebuild Superchat automations that start from Instagram comments or story replies as GetChat automations, then add any keyword DM triggers you need.
• Reconnect Instagram through Meta login in GetChat. Keep WhatsApp, Telegram, email and SMS in Superchat or another tool; GetChat does not cover them.
• Recreate DM texts, buttons and links in each GetChat automation, and add a follow check where you want one.
