Quick answer: GetChat or Zoho SalesIQ?
- What Zoho SalesIQ does well
- Zoho SalesIQ combines website live chat, visitor tracking and chatbots that you build once and deploy to the website, mobile apps, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram and LINE.
- Where GetChat overlaps
- Zoho SalesIQ and GetChat can both have a bot answer Instagram DMs automatically.
- The main tradeoff
- Zoho SalesIQ is stronger on the website, with operators, AI and the Zoho suite; GetChat documents Instagram comment-to-DM, story triggers and a follow check, which we did not find for SalesIQ, but has no operators, AI or website chat.
- Who should consider each
- Zoho SalesIQ suits companies whose main channel is their website and who already use Zoho; GetChat suits businesses that sell through Instagram posts, Reels and stories.

Why look for a Zoho SalesIQ alternative
SalesIQ is a website chat product first. Its pricing is built on website visitors, operator chat sessions and bot sessions, and Instagram is one of several messaging channels a bot can be deployed to.
Its Instagram documentation covers messaging. We did not find comment-triggered DMs, story reply or mention triggers, or a follower check in Zoho's documentation. These are core GetChat features, all on every plan including Free.
SalesIQ is priced per operator. GetChat has no operators; it is priced by automated conversations a month, with prices shown in US dollars.
Where GetChat fits
A shop that posts on Instagram can have GetChat DM the price or link to everyone who comments a keyword on a post or Reel, without building a website bot.
Story replies, mentions and reactions can start an automation too, and a follow check can come before the final message, on every plan.
Pro and Growth add reminder DMs, advanced analytics and no GetChat branding; contacts export to CSV on every plan.
When Zoho SalesIQ is the better fit
You need a chat widget on your website with visitor tracking and proactive triggers. GetChat has no web chat widget.
You already run Zoho CRM, Desk or other Zoho apps and want chats in the same ecosystem.
You need WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, LINE or in-app chat through a mobile SDK alongside Instagram.
You need human operators who take over chats, or AI-written replies. GetChat has neither.
You want a free plan with up to three operators for website chat, or bots built on Dialogflow, Watson, Azure or webhooks.
Pricing explained
Zoho SalesIQ has a free plan for up to 3 operators (no chatbots or messaging channels) and paid Basic, Professional and Enterprise plans charged per operator, with a 15-day trial. Zoho's pricing page shows prices by region and did not render for us; Zoho's own blog (updated April 2026) lists Basic at $7, Professional at $12.50 and Enterprise at $20 per operator per month, billed annually. Check the pricing page for your region before deciding.
GetChat is priced by automated conversations a month rather than per operator: Free ($0) includes 300, Pro ($12 a month or $120 a year) 5,000 and Growth ($29 a month or $288 a year) 25,000. Free has no time limit and needs no card.

GetChat
GetChat prices each plan by automated conversations a month, not by contacts or seats: Free includes 300, Pro 5,000 and Growth 25,000, and every plan allows unlimited active automations. One conversation is one person going through one automation within 24 hours.

- Growth$29 a month5 Instagram accounts, 25 000 automated conversations a month

Switching from Zoho SalesIQ to GetChat
- Recreate any Zobot flows deployed on Instagram as GetChat automations, then add comment and story triggers if you want them.
- Keep website chat in SalesIQ if you still need it; GetChat does not replace a web widget.
- Reconnect Instagram through Meta login in GetChat, and keep Telegram, WhatsApp and Messenger bots in SalesIQ if you use them.
- Chats that need a person stay in SalesIQ or in Instagram itself; GetChat has no operator inbox or AI knowledge base.
Questions about Zoho SalesIQ and GetChat
Does Zoho SalesIQ automate Instagram comments?
We found SalesIQ documentation for Instagram messages and bots, not for comment-triggered DMs. GetChat sends a DM when someone comments a keyword on a post or Reel on all plans.
Can I use both together?
Yes, if you split channels: SalesIQ on your website and GetChat on Instagram. Connect each Instagram account to only one tool to avoid two bots replying.
Which one charges per operator?
Zoho SalesIQ's paid plans are per operator. GetChat has no operator seats; it charges by automated conversations a month.
