Looking for a Kommo alternative?
Kommo (formerly amoCRM) is a sales CRM that pulls messenger chats into a deal pipeline. GetChat is much narrower: Instagram comment-to-DM automation with a follow check, billed by automated conversations a month rather than per user.

Quick answer: GetChat or Kommo?
- What Kommo does well
- Kommo turns conversations from WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Messenger and TikTok into leads on a sales pipeline, with Salesbot automations and an AI agent.
- Where GetChat overlaps
- Both Kommo and GetChat can answer Instagram comments with a DM, react to story mentions and check whether someone follows you before the next message.
- The main tradeoff
- Kommo adds a full CRM, a team inbox, AI and other messengers but is priced per user with a 6-month minimum; GetChat has none of those, and its plans are set by automated conversations a month.
- Who should consider each
- Kommo suits sales teams that manage deals stage by stage across messengers; GetChat suits businesses and creators that only need Instagram comments turned into DMs and contacts.

Why look for a Kommo alternative
Kommo is a CRM first. Every chat becomes a lead card that moves through pipeline stages, and the Instagram tools sit inside that sales process. If you never use pipelines, you pay for a structure you do not need.
Pricing is per user. According to Kommo's pricing page, each plan is charged per user per month and paid for at least six months at a time; a team of five pays five seats. GetChat has no seats: Free is $0, Pro $12 a month and Growth $29 a month, or $120 and $288 a year.
Instagram comment automation is not on every Kommo plan. Kommo's help center lists it for Advanced, Enterprise and trial accounts. On GetChat, comment-to-DM, story triggers and the follow check are on every plan, including Free.
Where GetChat fits
If your sales start in Instagram comments, GetChat sends the DM with the link or price automatically on posts and Reels, and can ask for a follow first.
Story reply, story mention and reaction triggers work on every plan; on Pro and Growth, a reminder DM goes to people who did not finish.
Each person who goes through an automation is kept as a contact with tags and follow status, which you can export as CSV for a CRM you already use.
When Kommo is the better fit
You run a sales team that needs pipelines, deal stages, tasks, lead cards and a shared view of each chat. GetChat has a contact list, not a CRM, and no team inbox.
You sell over WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger or TikTok. Kommo includes them; GetChat covers Instagram only.
You want an AI agent that answers and hands chats to your team. Kommo's AI agent is on Advanced and above; GetChat does not offer AI replies.
You want to build on top of your messenger data. Kommo has a public REST API, a Chats API and webhooks; GetChat has no public API; it sends each automation event to your own URL through a Webhook step.
Pricing explained
According to Kommo's pricing page (checked 16 October 2026), Base is $25, Advanced $35 and Pro $45 per user per month, with a minimum 6-month billing period and no monthly payment option. Enterprise is a custom quote. Each plan includes a lead allowance and monthly AI credits per user, and extra AI credits and some integrations are paid add-ons. There is a 14-day free trial without a card and no free plan.
GetChat's price does not depend on users. Free includes 300 automated conversations a month and 1 Instagram account, Pro 5,000 and 2 accounts for $12 a month ($120 a year), Growth 25,000 and 5 accounts for $29 a month ($288 a year). Free has no time limit and needs no card; there is no trial.
The comparison depends on what you count: Kommo's bill grows with each user, GetChat's with the number of people your automations reach each month.

GetChat
GetChat prices each plan by automated conversations a month, not by contacts or seats: Free includes 300, Pro 5,000 and Growth 25,000, and every plan allows unlimited active automations. One conversation is one person going through one automation within 24 hours.
- FreeFree1 Instagram account, 300 automated conversations a month
- Pro$12 a month2 Instagram accounts, 5 000 automated conversations a month
- Growth$29 a month5 Instagram accounts, 25 000 automated conversations a month
Prices are shown in US dollars everywhere: Free is $0, Pro $12 a month or $120 a year, Growth $29 a month or $288 a year. The amount is always shown before payment.
Every account starts on Free, with no time limit and no card. Pro and Growth add conversations, Instagram accounts and reminder messages.
Switching from Kommo to GetChat
- Rebuild each Instagram Salesbot as a GetChat automation: comment keywords, DM keywords, story mention replies and the follow check.
- Keep Kommo for pipelines, other messengers and the AI agent if you use them; GetChat replaces only the Instagram comment and DM automations.
- Reconnect Instagram to GetChat through Meta login and switch off the matching Salesbots so one comment does not get two DMs.
Questions about Kommo and GetChat
Is Kommo the same as amoCRM?
Kommo is the current name of the product previously known as amoCRM. This page compares GetChat with Kommo as described on kommo.com.
Does Kommo do comment-to-DM on Instagram?

Can GetChat replace Kommo's sales pipeline?
No. GetChat has automations and a contact list but no deal pipeline or inbox. If you rely on pipeline stages and tasks, Kommo fits that job better.
How do the two charge for a team?
